Molly and I had dinner with some of my old coworkers from Benton Heights to celebrate Marie Austin's retirement. I love these folks so much!!

 Uncle Richard bought the kids donuts.  They were beyond excited!  (Especially Molly--my child that has already requested donuts in the place of a birthday cake for her birthday!)  Thank you, Uncle Richard!!

Ladies Night

First Day of Fall

Today was the first day of Fall and it felt like it!  I love the Fall!  It's my very favorite time of year!  Celebrated the first day of Fall with a walk with this cutie!

Banana Night

Tonight was banana night at Awana. The kids all wore yellow and got to eat banana splits. They were quite excited!

Rayna's Letters

My big preschooler knows ALL of her capital and lowercase letters!!  So proud of my girl!

Awana

The kids started Awana last week and they are really enjoying it.  We felt like Aaron was a little too young to go, so we just signed the girls up.  Then last week, one of the Awana teachers suggested that we just try it to see how he would do.  I totally expected them to get a call that he had been crying the whole time.  But he did great!  Today, he didn't cry at all.  Molly is in Sparks, Rayna is in Cubbies, and Aaron is in Puggles.  They all three have a curriculum and the girls have activities to do at home and verses to learn each week.  They did an awesome job learning their verses this week.  Tonight was also "wear your favorite color night."  Molly wore pink, Rayna wore purple, and the girls decided that Aaron's favorite color is blue--so he wore blue.  Rayna asked tonight if they could go to Awana every night.  Ha!  :-)

Collecting Acorns

We went to Grandma and Grandpa's today. The kids had a fun time playing outside and collecting acorns. Rayna was so sad when it was time to go home.  They love grandma and grandpa's house. 

Cookies with Ms Claire

Rayna's Sunday School teacher, Ms Claire, invited her over to bake cookies today. Rayna was very happy to bake cookies with Ms Claire and Rayna Frank (whom we named our little Rayna after.)  I love that people in our church take such an interest in the lives of our children. 

This One Plays Hard!

Booster Seats

Not sure how these two got big enough for booster seats,  but it happened.  We moved them into booster seats over the weekend.  Rayna buckled herself for the first time today and she was SO proud!  My babies are growing up.

Last Day at the Pool for the Summer
