Funny Girl!

I could write a book using nothing but funny things that come out of Molly's mouth.  This kid is so full of personality and she's always thinking.  Here are some recent funnies:

(Looking into the mirror) "Why do I have to be so cute?"

  
Molly: Rayna, you are NOT getting in my bed for two weeks!
Me: Molly, that isn't very kind.
Molly: Well, it's MY bed!
Me: What if I told you that you couldn't get in my bed for two weeks? Would that be kind? (This is the child that crawls in MY bed EVERY night!)
Molly: That's different. Your bed is the family bed and my bed is all mine.

 Molly (looking at my wedding pictures): Are these pictures really old?
Me: They were taken in 2004.
Molly: Is that when God made Adam and Eve?

 Molly: "You've got three kids that you love. Rayna, Aaron, and me. But you love me the most."

  

Bedtime Cuties!

SNOW!!

 It started snowing yesterday morning and we got so excited!  Then yesterday evening, it started sticking so of course we bundled up and went out to play!  Rayna thought it was okay.  She couldn't quite figure out how to get her hands to work in her (too big) gloves and she was ready to go in after about 15 minutes.  So I took her inside, changed her into her PJs and she and I watched a movie.  MOLLY--on the other hand--LOVED it!  She played and played and had the best time.  She and Daddy and several of our neighbors played until they were pretty much frozen.  Then she was ready to go out and play again this morning long before the sun had even come up.

Happy Valentine's Day!

 Having small children make every holiday so much more fun.  The girls were SO excited about Valentine's Day.  Of course they came home from school with a ton of cards and candy.  They both remembered where each of their cards came from.  It's so sweet how everything means so much to them.  Gotta love kids!

 Our Valentine's Day celebration actually started over the weekend when Uncle Hemant and Aunt Becki came to visit bringing all kinds of fun Valentine's Day treats.  So thankful for my family!

8 Months Old!

 Baby Boy is 8 months old today!  At 8 months old, he is the sweetest baby EVER.  He is so calm and easy-going.  He loves watching his sisters play and chases after them in his walker.  He is starting to eat finger-foods.  He is a good sleeper--he sleeps through the night most nights and takes 2-3 naps a day.  He is sitting independently and getting close to crawling and pulling up.  He has 5 teeth and is working on number 6.  He smiles, laughs, and coos all the time.

Have I mentioned lately how much we love this little boy?

Praying for Aunt Brenda

 My Aunt Brenda has been on my heart so much lately.  She has been battling a lung infection for the past little while and just had to have a tracheotomy.  She has been making a lot of progress with therapy, but she is still in ICU.  We love you, Aunt Brenda.  We are praying for you.

This is our 5th year celebrating TET with our Vietnamese princess.  Seriously--FIVE years?  I've heard that after 30, time flies.  I'm beginning to believe it!
